How to Hook Up S-Video to RF Modulators
An S-Video output transfers a video signal from a video source device to a television set for viewing. A TV that has an RF (radio frequency) input only cannot accept the S-Video cable transmitting the signal. Attach the S-Video cable to an RF modulator box to convert the signal so it can be transmitted to the TV through its RF input. The RF modulator box can be purchased from an electronics store. Once set up, it internally performs the needed conversion between S-Video and RF without any user assistance.
