How to Copy Video Files to a DVD to Play on a TV
Windows comes preinstalled with native burning utilities to assist you in copying files saved on your hard drive to an optical disc. If you have a DVD player that supports digital playback, you can burn video files to a DVD and watch them on your TV. Use the native burning utility to complete the burn process in the mastered format so the disc will be compatible with other devices.
