How to Burn Sega CD-ROMs

Burning your backup Sega CD-ROMs might seem troublesome if you are trying to burn the ROM as a data file. CD-ROM files are stored in ISO disc images that need to be burned in a special way. However, in Windows 7, you can burn an ISO image into the correct type of CD so that it will play properly. You do not need any additional software to burn a Sega CD-ROM. Once burned, you will have a backup copy of your original disc.

      Locate the Sega CD-ROM on your hard drive. Click "Start," then "Computer" then double-click your "C" hard drive. Navigate through the folders until you find your Sega CD-ROM.
