How to Bridge Limewire to Winamp

Limewire is a file sharing program that allows you to download music from other Limewire users. Although Limewire has its own music player, you can also transfer or "bridge" files you've downloaded to play on Winamp. Both of these programs are free to use.

Instructions

1. Click "Start" in the bottom left corner of Windows and select Limewire under "All programs." Select the music you want to bridge over to Winamp in the Limewire folder.

2. Click "Start" in Windows and select "Winamp" under "All programs."

3. Click and drag the music file over the Winamp program. Drop it there. Winamp will automatically start playing the new music.

Tips & Warnings

• It's important to be careful using a program like Limewire--downloading and uploading copyrighted music is illegal. Some .EXE (executable) files may contain viruses.
