How to Remove Malware Protection
Malware is a very real threat to any computer system, especially one that spends any amount of time online. Infected emails and corrupted websites can spread viruses, worms and spyware in a very short amount of time, and it sometimes takes time before you notice your computer behaving differently. Malware protection programs are useful in preventing the infection and spread of malicious software, but if you need to remove a program from your system for any reason, it is normally a simple process to do so.

1
Shut down the malware protection program you wish to remove. Your computer will not be able to delete the entire program if parts of it are still running, especially since many anti-malware programs have scanners that actively search your computer in the background as you run other processes.

2
Click on your "Start" menu and access "Control Panel."

-
3
Select "Add or Remove Programs."
