Dell Bluetooth Won't Work
According to Bluetooth's official website, Bluetooth is wireless technology used to transmit data over short distances by use of short wavelength radio transmissions to and from mobile devices. Dell Bluetooth adapters are compact, wireless devices used to connect keyboards, mice, printers and headset communications. Sometimes, the adapter's signal cannot be read if the adapter is in the incorrect mode under Windows 7, XP, or Vista operating system. Dell suggests installing a utility that will reconfigure the adapter's wireless mode in case the Bluetooth does not work.
Instructions

2
Go to the Dell Technical Support website to install the utility that will change your adapter mode. Under Bluetooth 350, click the download link to initiate the installation.

When the download box appears, choose "Save File." In the Save As window, choose "Save" again. Check the box next to "Close this Dialog Box" upon installation completion.
