How to Format a K790A Memory Stick Micro

The Sony K790a cellular phone uses a memory card called the Memory Stick Micro, M2 for short. This storage device can hold 2 to 16 GB of information. The common files stored on the M2 card are video and audio files. When you first buy an M2 card, you are supposed to format it to the default settings, which will erase any lingering files that may have been used to try out the card in the factory. To format the M2 card, use Microsoft Windows 7 and a multicard reader that supports M2 cards.
