How to Play a Zune on Your TV Without an AV Cable
Normally, if you want to view the music, videos and pictures compiled on your Zune, you would need a set of AV cables to connect the device to a TV. If you own a Zune, you may prefer other Microsoft hardware, such as the Xbox 360 video game console. Showing off your Zune's media content can be done in a snap with an Xbox 360. Now you'll be able to sit back and enjoy your media on the big screen when you aren't playing over Xbox Live.

Tips & Warnings
If you are connected to Xbox Live, you can download the Zune Player software to the Xbox 360. Zune Player will become the default media playback software on the system. You can purchase movies, television shows and music videos from the Zune Marketplace when connected to Xbox Live.
You can leave the Zune connected to the Xbox 360 to charge its internal battery. When the battery is completely depleted, it should recharge after about three hours.
