How to Fix Windows Live Communication Platform

The Windows Live Communication Platform sometimes tells users of an error. This error is part of the Windows Live Messenger application. This error arises from system issues such as outdated Internet software, a faulty Network Access Manager, buggy software and corrupt DLL files. Fortunately, you can restore Windows Live Communication Platform using a few manual procedures.

Instructions

1. Download and install the latest update for your Web browser. Reboot your system. Sign in to Windows Live Messenger.

2. Depress the Shift, Ctrl and Esc keys to open the Task Manager. Click the "Processes" tab. Click "Nsvcappflt.exe" and click "End Process." Select "Yes" to confirm the removal. Sign in to Windows Live Messenger.

3. Press the Windows key + "F."

   Type the following files in the dialog box:

   BHOCITEU.DLL

   BHOCITUS.DLL

   BHOECART.DLL

   BHOSSAFE.DLL

   EVENTDLL.DLL

   HOOKTOOL.DLL

   TMEEJDLL.DLL

   TMEEJMD.DLL

   UWEYIWE0.DLL

   UWEYIWE1.DLL

4. Right-click the file and click "Delete." Open the Recycle Bin and click "Empty the Recycle Bin." Attempt to run Windows Live Messenger.
