      Log into Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 through the website referenced in the Resources section.

      Enable Microsoft CRM 4.0 to access Microsoft Outlook. Click "Tools" then "options" in the CRM menu. When the dialog box pops up click the the "Email" tab then click box next to "Allow Microsoft Dynamics CRM to send e-mail using CRM for Outlook."

      Write an e-mail. Click the e-mail icon on the Microsoft CRM 4.0 tool bar. Click the "Compose" button and write the e-mail.
