How to Install mfc71.dll

The "mfc71" library comes as part of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 runtime. When you install a program that requires this runtime, it looks for MFC71.dll. If it does not find this file, it reports an error saying that it has not been found, aborting the installation. Microsoft presents this runtime library on its own website as a downloadable installer package.
