How to Reinstall iTunes on XP

The iTunes application allows you to download and manage music and videos. You may need to reinstall iTunes if files become corrupt or if you have dealt with a virus on your Windows XP system. Downloading and installing the application takes just a few moments.

Instructions

1. Shut down all applications and go to the Apple iTunes page (see Resources). Click the "Download Now" button on the left side of the page.

2. Click the "Save File" button. Click the "Run" button. Agree to the terms of the license and then follow the prompts.

3. Click "Finish" and reboot your computer.
