How to Edit Microsoft Office Document Imaging in OCR
When you install Microsoft Office applications on your computer, Microsoft Office Document Imaging is installed with it. Microsoft Office Document Imaging helps you open scanned documents you want to modify. The document may be scanned in as a TIFF or MDI file. By using optical character recognition (OCR), you can manipulate the text within a scanned image. OCR recognizes the text and lets you customize how documents are scanned into the program beforehand.
