How to Fade an Image Into a Picture in Photoshop
Fading a picture into another picture, which is one of the many features Photoshop has, gives the picture dimension and shading by hiding some of the initial and new pictures. The hidden part becomes an illusion and goes into the initial picture, which makes the two separate pictures become one. In addition, the fading improves the quality of your picture by making the picture realistic and less like you simply copied and paste two pictures together side by side.

3
Right click each picture and choose the "Transformation" option. Transformation allows you to position each picture into the Photoshop display window. Each picture should take up two-thirds of the space provided, which means that the pictures will be overlapping.

4
Click on the picture, and then click the "Layers" tab on the top toolbar. Click "Layer Mask" and "Reveal All." The mask hides everything that is not being used on both pictures.
-
5
Click the "Gradient Tool" on the left panel and then click on the Photoshop picture. The gradient tool is used to fade the two pictures into one. Click and drag the gradient tool across the middle third of the picture. Once you have let go of the mouse, the pictures will automatically fade into each other.
