How to Autofill Forms
A person could spend hours filling out forms for sweepstakes, free trials, free samples, contests and signing up to take part in group activities. Political action groups offer dozens of petitions to sign and opportunities to participate in group events that require filling out forms. You can save yourself time and aggravation by downloading software that will automatically fill in forms.

Internet Explorer Users

Open the Media College website (see Resources). Click "Download the Google Toolbar." Internet Explorer does not have a tool for autofill and as such recommends Google toolbar, which is free.

Click "Install Google Toolbar." You will be asked if you want to run or save the installation. Click "Run."

Click the "Google" button on the toolbar. Click "Options," and then click "Autofill." Type your personal information in the form. When visiting other pages, just click the "Autofill" button on the Google toolbar, and the form will be filled in automatically.
Mozilla Users

Click the Tools menu. Select "Form Manager."

Click "Edit Form information." Form Manager will open. Fill in as much information as you would like to have completed automatically.

Fill out a form on other Web pages by clicking the Tools menu. Select "Form Manager," and then click on "Fill Form." Click "OK" on the confirmation window. Your forms will be filled in automatically.

Tips & Warnings
Double-check the information you enter in autofill forms. Incorrect information will be used to fill out all forms.
