The Garmin Nuvi 750 navigation device offers drivers turn-by-turn directions, as well as a "points of interest" database that includes gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants. The Nuvi 750 can be upgraded with City Navigator maps for North America and countries such as Brazil, Ireland and Spain. City Navigator maps provide enhanced detail for driving city streets across the world. These maps may be purchased from the Garmin website as a download or on an SD card. Some maps also may be purchased on a DVD.

Click on Garmin.com and navigate to the "Maps" tab. Click the tab to buy the desired maps.

Type "Nuvi 750" in the first box. Choose the continent for which you would like maps. Select "On the Road." All City Navigator maps for that continent are displayed. Choose whether you would like to receive the update via download, SD card or DVD. Not all maps have the "DVD" option.

Click "Add to Cart," then "Checkout." Download the update to your computer if you have chosen this option. Otherwise, the update is mailed to you on a DVD or SD card.
