How to Apply Title Style in Word 2007
When using Microsoft Word 2007, there are preset styles you can use for specific purposes such as headings, titles, subtitles and emphasis. The "Title" style will make the text size 22, bold and centered. Using these preset styles can save you time and make it easier to format documents.

Open a Word document.

Click "Home" on the top of the screen.

Click on the small arrow on the right side of the screen, next to where it says "Styles."

Click in the center of the title in your document.

Click "Title" from the Styles window you opened. You may need to scroll down in the list to find it.
