How to Install a PC to a TV
Installing your PC to your TV allows you to immediately upgrade the size of your computer monitor without having to spend hundreds of dollars at the store on a new computer monitor. The process of connecting a PC to a TV takes less than 10 minutes to complete and does not require any tools. All you need to do is plug a couple of wires from your PC to your TV, then you're enjoying the size of your new PC display.
Things You'll Need
- S video cable
- S video to RCA adapter
- RCA video cable
- 3.5 mm to RCA audio cable

Look at the connections inside the S video plug and compare them to the pattern inside the S video port your computer. The connections inside the S video plug are fragile and attempting to plug it in the wrong way damages the connections. Position the S video plug properly and plug one end into the PC and the other end into the S video port of the S video to RCA adapter.

Connect the RCA video cable to the yellow RCA port of the TV. The RCA video cable, unlike the S video cable, is strong and can be plugged in without consideration. Plug the other end of the RCA video cable into the yellow port of the S video to RCA adapter.

Plug the white plug of the 3.5 mm to RCA audio cable into the white RCA port of the TV, then insert the red plug into the red RCA port. Plug the 3.5 mm end of the same cable into the green headphone jack of the PC. This transfers the sound from the PC to the TV's speakers.
