How to Clean the CC Registry
CCleaner, also referred to as "CC," is a system optimization program from Piriform that can be used to clean or repair invalid entries in the Windows registry. The Windows registry is a database that stores information for the operating system and installed program, along with hardware configurations settings and individual user preferences. Entries in the system registry may become corrupted or invalid when making changes to the system hardware or uninstalling programs. To keep the registry optimized, a registry cleaner should be used regularly.
