Although using gloves when dying hair is recommended practice, if you forget to put on gloves, or your gloves rip during the process, some hair color may be left back on your hands. Fill a small bowl with health-grade hydrogen peroxide, then immerse your hands in the bowl so that the entire stain is covered.

Wait five minutes, then remove your hand from the water. Sprinkle baking soda on your hands, then scrub your hands, using a nailbrush.

Rinse your hands. If the stain has not disappeared, repeat the process up to three times. If you still can't get the stain out, wait at least 24 hours to try again so you do not dry out your skin.
