How to Form a LLC Business in Alabama
Limited liability companies are popular because owners have limited personal liability for the debts and actions of the LLC. Other features of LLCs make them good for partnerships, providing management flexibility and the benefit of pass-through taxation. To create a LLC in Alabama, you will file paperwork with the Alabama Secretary of State and with the state Department of Revenue.
