How to Set Up My Road Runner Email on a Mobile Device

Open the "Menu" options of your mobile device. This generally can be done by selecting the "Menu" option from the main screen.

Select the "Messaging" or "Email" application. The exact wording will vary by device.

Select "Options" to view the messaging or email options. Select the "New" "Set Up" or "Create" option to create a new account. Wording will vary.

Enter the email address for your Road Runner email account along with your Road Runner password. Depending upon the device you are using, the Road Runner mail server settings may automatically be detected. If not, you will have to enter the settings manually. The mail server settings will vary, depending on your geographical location, and Road Runner has listed them on its support forum (see Resources). You also can contact Road Runner to obtain your exact server settings.
