Change the projected data instantly.

Projectors are fast becoming the preferred way to present to a group of individuals. As a result, many presenters, trainers, teachers, and professors find it necessary to write over or superimpose the information on the projection screen to augment the image or data that is being projected.

To write on, write over, or superimpose a projected image can give the presenter and the participants a more interactive experience with the material. It also gives the presenter a chance to change the data being projected to enable the participants to see changes, or examples of changes, in the information.

Instructions

    • 1

Load the projector with the desired presentation or image. Point the projector toward the erasable white board instead of a projection screen.

    • 2

Place the image from the projector onto the white board. This will allow you to write on the image. The projection screen is replaced by the white erasable board, which allows you to write and erase as you wish.

    • 3

Write directly on the white board over the projected image from the projector. You can erase and rewrite any information multiple times using this format.

    • 4

Erase the white board when you change the projected image, so that you can write on the next image being presented from the projector.

    • 5

      Repeat the process as needed.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use brightly colored markers for the best effect.

  • Make sure that the markers used are erasable otherwise the white board will be permanently ruined.
