Connect your speaker wires. Your Teac home theater receiver will have five pair of speaker terminals on the back panel, for the center, left front, right front, left rear, and right rear speakers. Each pair of terminals will have one red and one black terminal. Each terminal operates by pushing down a tab that opens a hole in the terminal, in which the speaker wire is inserted. Route the speaker wires leading from each of your speakers to the terminals and insert the bare ends of the speaker wires into the openings. Be sure that you connect the red terminal of each speaker to the red terminal of each corresponding receiver speaker terminal.
