How to Extract Embedded Fonts Out of Adobe Reader

Extracting embedded fonts out of a PDF file reduces its file size significantly. If your Adobe Reader is taking too long to open a PDF, chances are that it is graphics-heavy and has embedded fonts. The only way to extract and remove embedded fonts is by using Adobe Acrobat. Note when you extract a embedded font, a secondary font takes over and thus, reduces the file size.
