How to Set Up Remote Access Network Magic

Network Magic is a set of network and sharing applications developed and produced by Cisco systems. You can use Network Magic to remotely connect to other computers over the network, but before you can make the connection, you must make sure Remote Connection is enabled for both the machines you wish to connect together. This can be done through the "System and Maintenance" dialog box in the Control Panel.

Instructions

1. Open the Start menu and select "Control Panel."

2. Click the "System" icon, followed by "System and Maintenance" to bring up a new dialog box.

3. Click the "Remote" tab.

4. Click the radio button labeled "Allow Connections From Computers Running Any Version of Remote Desktop."

5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 on the computer you wish to connect to.

6. Launch "Network Magic."

7. Right-click the computer you wish to connect to, then select "Open Remote Desktop Connection."
