How to Repair Microsoft Online
If you have a Microsoft program that isn't working properly, the Microsoft Fix It Solution Center might be able to help you diagnose and repair the problem. One visit is usually enough to help you determine what needs to be fixed and how to fix it.

Go to the Microsoft Fix It Solution Center (see Resources).

Click on the heading that most closely fits your problem. Type your problem into the search bar at the top of the screen if it doesn't appear in the list or under the headings.

Scroll through the list of issues that might be wrong with your Microsoft product and find the one that describes your problem. Click on it and read the diagnostic tools and repair instructions.
