How to Remove Ati Catalyst Drivers
The ATI Catalyst Drivers includes the necessary display drivers to run ATI video cards in their best performance. These drivers ensure that the cards run properly in the latest 3-D games and applications. The package also includes the Catalyst Control Center, where you can adjust various video card and monitor settings. If you have any difficulties with running the Catalyst Control Center or have problems running certain games under your compatible video card, uninstall the ATI Catalyst Drivers and install the latest version.

Launch the "Control Panel" in Windows found on the Start menu. If you are using Windows XP, head to the "Add/Remove Programs" icon. Otherwise go to the "Programs and Features" icon if you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7.

Click on the "ATI Software Uninstall Utility" and click the "Remove" button if you are using Windows XP. If you cannot find the entry, click on "ATI Catalyst Control Center" and uninstall it. If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 click on the "ATI Catalyst Installer Manager" entry and click the "Change" button.

Follow the instructions that the ATI uninstaller presents to uninstall the package. When you are given a set of uninstall options choose the "Express" option to fully remove all components quickly.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the "ATI Display Driver" entry if present.

Tips & Warnings
Since you may uninstall multiple ATI entries, uncheck any options that will restart your computer when prompted. Uninstall all ATI entries first and then perform a manual restart to ensure that the uninstaller removes all the files.
