Samsung 900 Mobile Phone Instructions
The Samsung 900 is also known as the Samsung Moment and it is a slider phone offered by the Sprint cell phone company. The slider phone comes packed with features such as a touch screen, camera, Internet access, email access, Internet messaging and texting. The slider feature lets you access a full keyboard on your phone. The Samsung Moment is a cell phone that you will want to keep around just for the straight forward technology that it offers.

Set up your Samsung Moment phone. Examine the phone and the accessories that came with the phone. The phone information and accessories that you receive will include a battery, the wall charger, the cell phone and the user manual. Keep the user guide to use as a resource with your phone.

Open the back of the phone by pressing and sliding it off. Place the battery into your phone. Plug the wall charger into the wall and charge your phone.

Activate your cell phone by contacting Sprint. Contact Sprint's customer service by phone, online or by going into a Sprint store.

Turn your cell phone on by pressing the button that has a phone symbol on it. Turn your cell phone off by pressing the button that has a red round circle on it.

Navigate the options by using the optical joystick which acts in the same manner as a computer mouse or by touching the screen of the phone.

Access the home screen by pressing on the home symbol on your phone. The home screen is where all of the applications on the phone are located.

Call people by tapping on the home symbol and then tapping on the symbol of a phone that is off the hook. A dial pad will appear and you can tap in the phone number that you want to call. Hang up the cell phone by tapping the button that has a phone handle pictured on it.

Send text messages via your mobile phone by using either the slide out keyboard or the touch screen. Press your finger on home and press your finger on text messaging. Then use either device to type in information and hit the send key.

Use the camera on your phone to take pictures. Press on the home symbol and then press on the camera application in the main menu. Take pictures by pressing on the camera symbol.

Access the Internet with your cell phone. Make sure that your service plan includes Web browsing by contacting Sprint. Press on the home button and then press on the Internet button. Use the Internet to access your favorite Web pages.
