The only way to turn off the amber LED light is by plugging in your device to charge, but there are simple steps to turn off the other LED notifications.

  1. Turn off the Blue Notification

      Click "Options" from the Home screen of the device or from a folder.

      Choose "Bluetooth."

      Press the "Menu" button.

      Select "Options."

      Choose "Off" under "LED Connection Indicator" field. Press the "Menu" key and click "Save."

    GreenTurn off the Green Notification

      Choose "Options" from the Home screen or a folder.

      Choose "Screen/Keyboard."

      Change the "LED Coverage Indicator" field to "Off."

      Press the "Menu" button and choose "Save."

    Turn off the Red Notification

      Choose "Profiles" from the Home screen or from a folder.

      Choose "Profiles," then choose "Advanced."

      Choose the name of the profile for which you want to turn off the red LED light indicator.

      Select the type of message for which you want to turn off red LED light indicator.

      Set "Repeat Notification" to "Off."
