How to Restore Faded Automobile Paint
Faded paint on a vehicle can make it look old, dirty or just used up. Automotive paint becomes faded over time due to UV rays in sunlight and other natural elements. It can also become faded from repeated or excessive washing with harsh chemicals. In many cases, faded automobile paint can be restored without having to get a new paint job.

Tips & Warnings
After buffing, add a coat of wax to make the buffing job last longer.
Don't hold the buffer in one spot for more than a few seconds or it will burn through the paint.
Don't wash the car with anything but soap formulated specifically for automobiles. Dish soap dries the surface, causing fading.
