How to Share Photo Albums
Digital cameras open a new world of sharing photos. You can easily edit, upload, share and order your photos online so friends and family don't have to miss a moment. Research the many photo-sharing sites to find the one that best meets your needs. Two of the most popular sites are Facebook and Picasa. Facebook is a free social networking site that allows you to stay connected to friends and family worldwide. Picasa is a free photo-oriented program for organizing, editing, printing and sharing photos.

Using Facebook

Create a Facebook profile. Visit the "My Photos" page. Click on "Add Album." Upload photos to your album. Write captions, identifying people in the photo, location of photo and the date the photo was taken. Save your work

Click "View" under the album.

Press "Share." Add Facebook friends as recipients. Include a comment if desired. Share with non-Facebook users by adding their email addresses.

Click "Send Message" to share your album.
Using Picasa

Register with Picasa. Download the necessary software. Click "Upload" to begin creating your photo albums.

Click on the album you would like to share. Click "Share."

Add the email addresses of the people you're sharing the photo album with in the "To:" field. Click on "Invite Groups" to share with your Google Account contact groups, if applicable. Click "Send."

Check the "Shared With" list to the right of your viewing album to make sure you've shared your album with the correct people.

Tips & Warnings
In Picasa, click the icon beside the email address or contact group to remove album access if you change your mind about sharing your photos.
For security purposes, consider carefully with whom you share your photo albums.
