      Place equal parts of vinegar, then baking soda in a bowl or bucket that is much larger then what you'll need. The extra space prevents the ingredients from foaming over the sides of the bowl. Use the combination in equal parts as volcano lava for a science experiment.

      Add a bit more baking soda to the paste and stir the mixture as it thickens. At a thicker consistency, use the vinegar and baking soda combination to remove stains on any surface from kitchen or bathroom surfaces to carpeting.
