State your antitrust claim or complaint in writing. Include all pertinent details described in DOJ materials, such as the names of the businesses involved, the type of business they are engaged in, the nature of the offending practices and your own role in the situation. In this case, you would say "third-party debt collection" and name the business you suspect of violating the law.
