How to Burn a DVD Blu-ray Disc
Blu-ray discs allow people to watch and listen to movies in a high-quality digital and audio format. It makes sense to have a backup copy of your favorite Blu-ray movies on DVD because this allows you to view these movies even if you lose or damage one of your Blu-ray discs. To burn a Blu-ray disc to DVD you need a decrypter, converter software and an empty DVD.

1
Download your decrypter software. (See References)
-
2
Place your Blu-ray in your optical drive and burn the title into video format. You can accomplish this task when you open the decrypter program, set your location to the DVD drive on your laptop or desktop, and then hit "Enter."

-
3
Download software such as DVD Video Soft (See Resources) that converts videos from Blu-ray (AACS files) to DVD (VOB files) format.
-
4
Open your converter software. Click "Browse" and then select the Blu-ray file you want to burn. Click the "VOB" file option and click "Convert."
