IncrediMail is a free email program that allows its users to customize their email experience with a variety of multimedia features. To use IncrediMail, you must sign up for an an account, which allows you access to the software. If you wish to cancel this account, you may at any time.

Access your preferred email program by double-clicking on its icon located on your desktop or by going to the appropriate URL address for a browser-based email service.

Open a new email.

Type "cancel@incredimail.com" (without the quotation marks) in the "To:" field of your email.

Type "Account Cancellation" (without the quotation marks) in the "Subject:" field of your email.

Type "I wish to cancel my Incredimail account immediately" into the body of the email, then click "Send." Your account will be canceled upon receipt of this email by IncrediMail.
