How to Use the Webcam on a Toshiba Laptop
Many Toshiba laptops are equipped with a built-in webcam, but they require a software program to use the webcam. The webcams give you the ability to host video chats with friends and family from afar; video conference with customers, clients and colleagues; and create your own videos to upload to the Web. As long as you and the person you want to chat with has a webcam, you can talk to anyone at anytime, anywhere in the world. However, you do need to have webcam software, such as Windows Live Messenger, Skype or Microsoft Live Cam.
