How to Edit WAV and ULAW
For any number of reasons, you may find yourself in a situation where you need to make changes to an audio file. Your audio file may be in WAV or ULAW format, both of which are uncompressed however the editing process is different for each. In order to edit either a WAV or ULAW file, you need a basic understanding of what you want to edit; various tasks are performed differently in different programs. The WAV format is easy to edit since it is compatible with all digital audio workstations (DAWs), however in order to edit a ULAW file, you must first convert it to a more common format.
