How to Use Leftover Italian Bread to Make Italian French Toast
Instead of throwing out day-old Italian bread, impress guests and family alike by making French toast with it. This sweet treat is a traditional, filling morning meal that costs very little. Frying the bread in oil makes it more like a doughnut than traditional French toast. It can be served warm straight from the pan with butter, maple syrup and a dollop of cottage cheese, or served cool with ice cream as a snack. Does this Spark an idea?
