Although many USB cords are generic, you'll need the one specific to the Razr to transfer files.

Motorola's V3M Razr is a phone available with the use of Verizon or Sprint's phone service. The phone has 1 GB of removable microSD memory and music-playing capability. If you have music on your computer that you want to sync with your Razr phone so you can listen to the music on your phone, you can do so using the native program, Windows Media Player, and the USB data cord for the Razr.

Instructions

    • 1

Click "Start" in Windows, and select "Windows Media Player."

    • 2

Connect your Razr to your computer with the Razr's USB data cord.

    • 3

Click the "Sync" tab in Windows Media Player. Click and drag music you want from music folders to the "Sync List" box in the "Sync": tab.

    • 4

Click "Start Sync" to sync files to the phone.
