Instructions

2. Activate your Nextel phone in your Sprint store. Go to the store and discuss activating your phone with the Sprint representative. The Sprint representative will activate your phone and show you how to make and receive phone calls.

3. Activate your Nextel phone by directing your web browser to the Sprint website and clicking on the "Activate" icon. The website has a step-by-step guide to activate your phone and it only takes a few minutes to fill in your information on the website. Your phone will be activated when you complete the forms.

4. Call Sprint customer service and inform them that you need to activate your cell phone. The Sprint customer service representative will take your information and they will help you to activate your phone. The Nextel cell phone will be activated by the time you get off the phone with customer service.
