How to Add Line Borders to Photos
Photo-editing software allows you to add line borders by using certain commands or playing around with picture size and color. Control the type, color and width of your line border to create thin and sophisticated, or colorful and wild designs around your photos. Both Adobe Photoshop and Corel PaintShop Pro support these options. If you can't afford to buy photo-editing software, the program Paint.NET is available to download for free (see Resources).
