How to Replace a Face Crystal on a Pulsar Watch

The Pulsar Warranty covers the crystal for three full years from date of purchase.

Pulsar, a division of Seiko Corporation of America, is a watch company that designs, manufactures and retails men's and ladies' watches. According to the company, every Pulsar watch is covered by a Pulsar Promise 3 Year Warranty if purchased from an authorized Pulsar retailer. Pulsar watches can be purchased online or in select retail stores.

Instructions

1. Contact an authorized Pulsar retailer who will process the repair for you. You will need proof of purchase and your warranty information.

2. Alternatively, pack the watch in a padded, insured envelope and include proof of purchase and warranty card if within the three-year warranty period. Include a detailed description of the repair requested.

3. Mail your watch to Pulsar's repair and service department, Coserv. This is located at 1111 Macarthur Blvd., Mahwah, New Jersey 07430.

Tips & Warnings

• Having the crystal repaired or replaced by an unauthorized watch repair center will void the Pulsar warranty.
