How to Print on 0.75 Labels
If you have messy handwriting, printing takes the guesswork out of wondering later what you meant by that chicken scratch. Use homemade labels to label shipping boxes, invitations, file folders or for return address stickers, photo captions or mailing labels. Many print label manufacturers create a 0.75-inch label that's ideal for small projects. Although it may seem scary at first, even new computer users will be able to quickly grasp how to create and print labels.
Instructions

1
Turn on your printer and feed one sheet of the 0.75 labels into the printer tray. Then connect the printer cable to your computer so you are ready to print.
-
2
Look on the side of your label packet for a product number. For example, Avery makes a 0.75-inch-by-1-inch label with product number #05428.

3
Open up the word processing program on your computer. Click "Tools" from the menu, then "Letters & Mailings," "Envelopes & Labels," "Options." Select your printer from the printer list, then choose the label size. This is where you'll need to insert that product number you located earlier. After you've entered the settings, click "OK" to save them and navigate back to the Envelopes & Labels dialog box.
-
4
Select "New Document" to create a new document page of labels. They will automatically be 0.75-inch labels.
-
5
Type text into the label. Then copy and paste the same text into each label slot using "Ctrl" and "C" and then "Ctrl" and "V," or write one label at a time.
-
6
Click "File," "Print" to print the labels. Click "OK" to confirm that you want to print. The printer will grab the label sheet automatically and print it for you.
