Facial masks can be used to treat any skin type: normal, dry or oily. Recipes for facial masks can be made from home and applied to the face for 15 to 20 minutes.   • Bowl
  • Fork
  • Normal Skin Facial:
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tsp. yogurt
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Dry Skin Facial:
  • Oily Skin Facial:
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. grapefruit juice

Instructions

  1. Normal Skin

    • 1

      Mash half a banana and half an avocado together.

    • 2

      Combine with 2 tbsp. of yogurt and 1 tsp. of olive oil.

      Mix until smooth, using a blender if needed.

    • 4

      Apply a thick layer of the mixture to your face and wait 15 minutes.

      Rinse the mixture from your face with warm water.

    Dry Skin

      Combine half an avocado and 1 tbsp. of olive oil.

      Apply a thick layer of the mixture to your face and wait 20 minutes.

      Rinse the mixture from your face with warm water.

    Oily Skin

      Beat one egg white vigorously until it is a fluffy consistency.

      Add 1 tsp. of sour cream to the egg white.

      Add 1 tsp. of grapefruit juice to the mixture.

      Apply a thick layer of the mixture to your face and wait 15 minutes.

      Rinse the mixture from your face with warm water.
