How to Empty Outlook Calendar
Part of the Microsoft Office series of programs, Microsoft Outlook comes with a calendar and scheduling feature called Microsoft Outlook Calendar. The calendar, which is fully integrated with your email and contacts, allows for scheduling of appointments and events, organizing meetings, viewing group schedules, linking calendars and viewing and managing the calendars of others. While deleting entries one by one is possible, clearing the entire contents of a calendar can easily be done in just a few, quick steps.

Launch Microsoft Outlook from your desktop or programs menu.

Select "Calendar" from the Navigation Pane.

Navigate to the "View" menu and position your mouse cursor over "Current View."

Click "By Category."

Select "Categories: (none)" from the category options.

Press "Ctrl"+"A" to select all listed entries.

Press "Delete" to empty the Outlook calendar of all items.

Tips & Warnings
Emptying your Outlook calendar will remove all entries including holidays. Deleted holidays can be replaced by going to the "Tools" menu, clicking "Options," clicking "Calendar Options" then clicking "Add Holidays."
