How to Capture MSN Pictures
MSN, or Microsoft Network, is the search engine and web page similar to AOL or Yahoo. The website allows you to search the Internet for other websites or information as well as keep up to date on news, weather, sports and other happenings around the world. The pictures on the website are generally new related or related to articles, and if you find them interesting, you can capture the photos for use on your personal computer.

Log on to the Internet and go to the MSN, or Microsoft Network, website (see Resources for link).

Locate a picture that you want. There are generally photos on the main page of the website as well as many of the other pages of the site. MSN is a website that deals with current news and events, so there are plenty of photos.

Put your mouse over the picture and right click. A window will pop of with options. Select "Copy" and "Save as" to capture the picture.

Paste the picture in another program you are using such as a word processing document. Do this if you selected copy. Place your cursor in the document and right click. Select paste from the pop up window. The photo from MSN will be pasted into the document.
Name the picture file and click save if you selected save as instead of copy. A window will pop up where you have the opportunity to name the picture file. When you click ok the picture will be saved to your computer for future use.
