How to Save Titles in Premiere Pro Cs3 thumbnail
Create titles for your videos in Adobe Premiere.

When you create a video, either for burning to DVD or posting on an Internet site like YouTube, you might want to put titles at the beginning giving the name of the video and perhaps information like the names of the actors and the director. One program often used for editing videos is Adobe Premiere Pro. It has a built-in utility for creating and saving titles for your video projects.

Instructions

    • 1

Open Adobe Premiere Pro CS3. In the dialog that appears, select the project you have been working on and open it.

    • 2

Select "File" from the menu and choose "Title." In the dialog that appears, use the type tool to type in your title.

    • 3

Highlight the text and use the settings in the "Properties" panel to create the text appearance that you want. Or you can apply one of the presets at the bottom.

    • 4

Use the "Move" tool to select and position the title. Click the "X" in the corner to close the dialog.

    • 5

Enter a name for the title in the dialog that appears and click "Save." The title will be automatically saved in the same folder as the other files for the project you are working on.
