How to See My SIM Contacts on My Blackjack 2

SIM address book contacts are the ones that are saved on your SIM card as opposed to your cell phone's memory. Saving contacts on the SIM card is useful if you want the benefit of transferring the contacts from mobile phone to mobile phone. SIM card contacts are also less likely to be lost in the event of an operating error. If you have an AT&T BlackJack II smartphone, you can view your SIM contacts along with your other contacts by enabling it in the settings menu.

Instructions

    • 1

Click "Start" on the BlackJack II's Home screen. Click "Settings" in the Start menu. Click "Phone" in the Settings menu.

    • 2

Click "Call Options" in the Phone menu. Select "Show SIM contacts."

    • 3

Go back to the Home screen. Click "Contacts." View your SIM card contacts.

Tips & Warnings

  • Your SIM card contacts will show up alongside the contacts saved in the phone's memory. The only difference will be the icon next SIM card contact entries that mimics the SIM card's appearance.

  • Remember that SIM card contact entries display only the entry's name and one phone number. None of the other information you can save in the phone's address book will be available in the SIM card address book.
