How to Make a PowerPoint Presentation Smaller
PowerPoint presentations that you have made are able to be transferred to various types of removable media or even to another computer. However, if the size of the file for the presentation is significantly large it may be too big to transfer quickly. When a PowerPoint presentation is too large you are able to make it smaller. This is done by changing the resolution and reducing the size of the images or pictures that are used for the project.
